W05 | Weekly report - Localization
Posted by poison, February 3, 2018

Noticed? Time is running at hyperspeed: the first month of 2018 is over. As for Rushing Pixel, things are going well and I feel blessed having so much luck and helping hands around!

I think I don't even have to say that the game got 2 more levels in the latest build once again. A few more and I have to stop uploading demos to have some surprise for you in the final release! Good news for iPhone users: There was an unused iMac at my workplace (ok, it was used... as a big digital photo frame :D ) and my boss was kind enough to let me do builds for iOS on it. It is planed only after the Android release, but I already managed to install a fresh High Sierra, XCode and Unity copy onto and the game run without issues in the editor. Meanwhile, #TurnItOn got an actually working language selector in the settings and it is right available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Hungarian, Slovak, and Polish. Here I would like to thank you all who helped in this process: Vanessa, Luca, Sebastian, Roman (CreamD), László (Citrus) and Pawel (Dj Gruby)! I'm glad to have friends like you! The translation is work in progress so if you notice anything weird or want your own language in the game just let me know! Available localizations should start automatically on your machine's default language at first run. Sounds were tweaked and updated minutes before #screenshotsaturday deadline. Hope you like it! Builds are available on itch.io as always.
